13th/14th of February, in the year of the Fire Goat, we’ll be welcoming three outstanding teachers to Berlin: Brian Duckers (UK), Elias Krzywacki (Norway), and Michael Schjerling (Denmark)!
All three are also dear friends of mine and have been part of my own journey, so I’m especially happy to have them here – even more so since I’d also like to use the seminar as an opportunity to celebrate my 50th birthday a little! 🙂
So, we’ll have two full days of top-class training, followed by a little celebration on Saturday evening.
About the teachers
Brian
Brian heads the Bujinkan Wirral Dojo near Liverpool, UK. He began his martial arts training in Jujutsu in 1977 and earned his black belt at the age of 16. He has been training in the Bujinkan since 1983, passed the Godan test in 1992, and received his 15th Dan from Hatsumi sensei in 2007..

Elias
Elias runs his dojo in Stavanger, Norway. He began training in the Bujinkan in Stockholm in 1984 and passed the Godan test at the Gran Canaria Taikai in 1991. He also began travelling to Japan that year and has since visited more than 50 times. In 2002, he organised a Taikai with Hatsumi sensei in Stavanger, and in 2005 he received his 15th Dan.

Michael
Michael heads the Bujinkan Kuki Taisho Dojo in Copenhagen, Denmark. He began his martial arts journey in 1983 and has been active in the Bujinkan since 1988. Since 1992, he has travelled to Japan several times a year. He passed the Godan test in 1994 and received his 15th Dan in 2009. All three have taught countless seminars around the world.
